A different way to visualise ticket distribution, broken down by brands, departments, and statuses.
A different way of showing how your tickets are distributed amongst brands, departments and statuses. First, a list of statuses is shown with a count shown for each non-resolved status. Second, brands are displayed along with their associated departments, and statuses in hierarchical format - each item contains a ticket count.
By default, the plugin is only displayed at the top of the ticket grid sidebar. It is also possible, using the visibility settings, to display the plugin on the operator dashboard, ticket view, and the manage users page.
